We’re located at 38 Packhorse Road, SL9 8EB. Our entrance is in between Fan Fan Pizza and Cancer Research UK. Come up the stairs, the reception desk is on the left at the top.

There are plenty of roads that will offer up to 2 hours free parking in Gerrards Cross. You can also park in Tesco, just round the corner, for up to 2 hours.

A drink is a good idea. Other than that just clothes that you’re comfortable to move around in. We take shoes and socks off before going onto the mat.

No - the majority of more capable students got that way by doing martial arts. The classes are there to help you develop your fitness, not for the fitness to be a barrier to participation.

Not in a first class. Adults are welcome to start sparring whenever they feel ready. We don’t start sparring with children until they reach their yellow belt (that’s around a year after they start).

Yes. In fact, we encourage you to, as we want you to see what it is that your child is benefitting from. We usually ask parents of new children to stay for the first class. After that it’s up to you.

As far as they can be, yes. We make specific efforts for the classes to be appropriate for neurodivergent students, including having some neurodivergent instructors who have lived experience of at least some of the challenges that children face. Every child is an individual and the classes will not be ideal for every person. This is one of the reasons why we offer a free trial period for everyone. That way you can find out firsthand rather than having to guess.
